Manufacturer’s warranties cover defective parts, but normally not labor. At Creative Sewing Center you get not only defective parts covered under the warranty, but also the labor for one full year to install needed parts. This guarantee does not cover cleaning, but does cover all machine adjustments.

Every sewing machine that arrives at Creative Sewing Center is unpacked and “sewn off” to assure you of a machine that stitches perfectly! You will also receive a complete orientation to make sure you can go home and start sewing!
